How do I change my password or other account details?

After signing in, click on the "person" logo at the top right corner. There you will access your personal homepage where you can view and edit any account details.

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you forget your password, please go to the login page and click "Forgotten password". It will prompt a page for password reset, then enter your email address and press Submit. We will send an email to you with a link for resetting your password.

Can I cancel or change an order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, the system starts processing your oder as soon as your order has been placed. This means that we are not able to cancel an order after it has been placed, but if you have questions about postponing delivery or updating the quantity, shipping address, etc. pleae contact Customer Service within 24 hours of the order being placed and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Customers will be provided with a shipment tracking number once production has been finished and goods are enroute. You can access details of the order and its updated status under "My Orders".
